The Virtual Room Operator operates in a single virtual room from the virtual conferencing platform for the duration of the event and provides support for the client’s readiness during the event.

Virtual Room Operator Skill Level Classification: Class 3 – Major

In addition to Class 2, the AV Technician operates within a specific skill providing focused support to the client and the event:

  • MAJOR – Configure and operate audio visual equipment from knowledge of connectivity to and conducting virtual conferencing platforms, projection systems, display devices, and AV control systems

AV Tech labor is at a minimum of 4 blocks (hours) and calculated by Standard, Time and One Half, or Double Time

 


7am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday = Standard Time
6pm – Midnight, Monday through Saturday = Time and One Half
Midnight – 7am, Monday through Saturday = Double Time
Sunday = Time and One Half
Holidays = Double Time
